Understanding Screen Time Graph

My Question or Issue. When I am using spotify on my desktop in full screen mode, I have a grey bar at the top of the screen that I cannot get rid of. I searched up the issue and found a similar post for Mac. Someone replied suggesting reinstalling Spotify, which I did and it did not fix my problem. Watching certain videos in full screen is leaving a grey bar across the top of the screen. I've tried connecting my macbook pro to 3 different tvs and get same grey bar. Using Netflix through Chrome; I've tried putting Chrome into full screen and then pressing full screen on the Netflix player. Leaves a grey bar.

All apps have been assigned to certain categories in iTunes. Screen Time has chosen top 8 categories and have put all remaining categories in a category called 'Others'.

The graph displays top 3 (Time used by user) category legends in X axis. Anything other than these legend categories is Grey bar in the graph

/spotify-tool-download-2015.html. If the user has used Games, Entertainment & Others category apps for the maximum time during a time span then the graph will show these three categories in the X axis as legends and remaining categories will be shown in Grey Colour.
